The Library & Archives is at 2809 Woodland Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. The facility is at the corner of Woodland Avenue and East 30th Street, in a shared building with the Gill & Tommy LiPuma Center for Creative Arts of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). This is approximately two miles southeast of the Museum.
Metered parking spaces are available on the street in front of the building or around the block. From there, walk in the building’s main entrance, enter the lobby, and the entrance to the Library & Archives will be immediately on the right. There is also free visitor parking in Lot 5, the parking garage under our building. Park anywhere but the spaces marked for Rock Hall staff. From the garage, enter the building's back entrance (look for the colorful mural), take the elevator on the left to the first floor, enter the lobby, and look for the entrance to the Library & Archives on the left. Use the intercom to the right of the double doors to announce yourself.
For those of you coming to do research from out of town, the Rock Hall has compiled a list of Official Preferred Hotels. Ranging from moderately priced to luxurious, the Preferred Hotels have created unique packages to include special pricing, Rock Hall tickets, and additional value-added amenities. These exclusive packages are not available anywhere else. Availability of rooms may be limited.
